Correction: Waste water treatment plant
This was State Mandated and approved. The Council of the City of Minneola had no option for voting and approving the Waste Water Treatment Plant. David Yeager wasn’t even on the council then. It was under leadership of Glenn Irby.
The Mayor has 20 percent of any vote that passes council. He is not alone and does not make sole decisions.

Line 19-22: Matthew Johnson, resident asked why the City of Minneola was installing a sewer plant? He was told the Department of Community Affairs has threatened to sue the City of Minneola if the City of Minneola does not work with the contractors to secure a sewer system and get off the septic tanks in the new growth area.
